APPG to hear evidence from two High Commissioners

The APPG will hear the perspectives of two High Commissioners from the global south as part of its inquiry into the impact of Covid-19 on the achievement of the SDGs.

The oral evidence session is taking place on Wednesday 26 August and is designed to hear directly from the High Commissioners on the impact of Covid-19 on the achievement of the SDGs in the country they work in. The APPG will also ask questions on the overall progress made on the SDGs, probing any gaps, and asking how the UK can support achieving the SDGs in the country they work in.
